As part of our Safe Hands initiative, there are a number of resort protocols in place to ensure that your stay with us is both safe and enjoyable.

The resort has been registered by the Turkey Tourism Promotion and Development Agency as “safe accommodation”, meaning you can enjoy your holiday with confidence.

We would also like to share with you some of the government regulations for Kuşadası that will you need to bear in mind when not on resort.

For yours and the team’s safety, all team members are wearing PPE in accordance with established guidelines and regulations in the hotel industry. We have also installed screens at high contact points around the resort.

Please ensure that you maintain the recommended physical distance between yourself and non-family members at all possible times.

Check In
  • Please follow directional signage once check in has been completed. Guests will also be informed about where to go from the Reception.
Accommodation
  • The apartments are fully equipped with a personal kitchen and a supply of linen and beach towels.
  • The apartments will be thoroughly cleaned using approved cleaning products.
  • A number of soft furnishing items have been removed to increase hygiene protocol e.g. bed throws, cushions, rugs.
  • All general area cleaning will be undertaken frequently.
Bars & Restaurants
  • The number of tables in open seating areas has been increased.
  • A full takeaway service is available for those who prefer to eat in their own apartment.
  • Guests are encouraged to use contactless payment or room charging to limit the use of cash on resort.
Communal Areas (incl. pools)
  • The maintenance and cleaning teams ensure communal areas are regularly cleaned and disinfected using approved chemicals.
  • Hand sanitisers/gels are available throughout the resort. Guests are encouraged to wash hands regularly with soap and use the hand sanitisers/gels.

Lifts

  • Hand sanitisers/gels are available on each floor. Guests are encouraged to use them before calling and entering the lift.

Sunbeds & Pools

  • The chlorine level of the pools will be kept at the levels recommended by the WHO.
Excursions & Activities
  • The use of the multi-use sports court, mini golf, pool table, table tennis and chess are to be booked at Guest Relations or Reception.
Check Out
  • Check out time is 10am on the day of departure.
  • Luggage will be left in the designated check out luggage drop.
  • Use the main Reception area for departures.
  • We encourage guests to settle their bill on the night before departure where possible to speed up the check-out procedure.
  • Guests are encouraged to use contactless payment when settling their account.
  • Unfortunately, due to strict hygiene protocol on shared facilities, there will be no courtesy room available on departure day.

Below you will find entry requirements Turkey. They are applicable to all visitors to Turkey in addition to the regular requirements of passport/National ID etc, provided there is an agreement between Turkey and the country of departure. Further information is available on your government’s website.

Entry to Turkey
  • All visitors must complete the passenger locator form prior to arriving in Turkey. Details will be provided by your airline.
  • All visitors are required to wear masks at the airport and during the flights. Fines may be issued for non-compliance.
Testing/screening on arrival
  • Temperature screening is in place at the majority of Turkish airports.
    • Starting from 3 March 2022, entry requirements for airline passengers for Türkiye are subject to the following procedures:

    1- Airline passengers (12 years and older) who have presented documents certifying either,

    • That they completed the full course of vaccinations approved by the Turkish Ministry of Health or the World Health Organization and their final dose was applied more than 14 days before arrival in Türkiye or,
    • That they contracted COVID-19 in the last 6 months before arrival in Türkiye, starting from the 28th day of their first positive PCR test result or,
    • -A negative PCR test result taken within the last 72 hours prior to arrival in Türkiye or,
    • A negative antigen test result taken within the last 48 hours prior to arrival in Türkiye, are no longer required to self-isolate.

UK TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Under current UK COVID-19 restrictions, you must stay at home. You must not leave home or travel, including abroad, unless you have a legally permitted reason to do so. Check the rules that apply to you in EnglandScotlandWales and Northern Ireland.

If you’re travelling to England you must either quarantine in the place you’re staying or in a managed quarantine hotel for 10 days because of coronavirus (COVID-19). What you need to do depends on where you travel in the 10 days before you arrive in England.
You must also get 2 coronavirus tests after you arrive in England. You’ll need to book these before you travel.

You cannot currently enter the UK if you’ve been in or through a country on the banned travel list (sometimes known as the ‘red list’) in the last 10 days, unless you’re British, Irish or you have the right to live in the UK.

Before you leave for the UK

You’ll need to:

  • complete a passenger locator form
  • provide proof of a negative coronavirus test

Your passport or identity card will be checked when you arrive at a UK port or airport to make sure you’re allowed to come into the country. It should be valid for the whole of your stay.

You may also need a visa to come into or travel through the UK, depending on your nationality.
