As part of CLC World’s Safe Hands initiative, there are a number of resort protocols in place to ensure that your stay with us is both safe and enjoyable.

We would also like to share with you some of the government regulations for Kuşadası which you will need to bear in mind when not on resort.

For yours and the CLC World team’s safety, all CLC World team members are wearing PPE in accordance with established guidelines and regulations in the hotel industry. CLC World has also installed screens at high contact points around the resort.

Please ensure that you maintain the recommended physical distance between yourself and non-family members at all possible times.

General Destination
  • Masks must be worn in certain spaces. CLC World recommends guests have a mask with them at all times during their holiday as entry may be refused to certain establishments without one.
  • It is compulsory to wear masks on public transport.
  • Maximum 2 people allowed per taxi. It is not allowed to sit on the seat next to the driver. Masks must be worn. Windows of the taxi should be open during the journey.
Check In
  • Guests will be met outside Reception and directed to the arrivals luggage drop.
  • Guests will be directed to a safe waiting area and contacted when it is their time to check in.
  • Only one member of the party will go to Reception, with all the passports of the group, to complete the check in process.
  • Please follow directional signage once check in has been completed. Guests will also be informed about where to go from the Reception.
  • Do not remove your masks during check-in. Please remember to use your hand sanitisers before visiting the Reception desk.
  • Follow the physical distance rules with other guests in the waiting area.
  • Guests are encouraged to use contactless payment.
Accommodation
  • The apartments are fully equipped with a personal kitchen and a supply of linen and beach towels.
  • The apartments will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected using approved cleaning products.
  • Once the apartment has been disinfected there will be a seal on the door to be removed on entry by the guest.
  • A number of soft furnishing items have been removed to increase hygiene protocol e.g. bed throws, cushions, rugs.
  • The CLC World welcome grocery pack has been replaced with a hygiene pack.
  • Currently, mid-week cleans are not available.
  • Linen changes or requests for other in-room requirements will be delivered to your door without staff entering.
  • Please use the rubbish collection and recycling centres around the resort.
  • Upon departure, place all linen and towels in the bath/shower for collection and leave the unit in as tidy a state as possible to facilitate the changeover before the arrival of the next guests.
  • All general area cleaning will be undertaken frequently.
  • Apartment cleaning will be carried out using disposable gloves.
Bars & Restaurants
  • Seating within bars and restaurants is limited.
  • The number of tables in open seating areas has been increased.
  • Guests must remain seated and not approach or stand at the bar or service counters.
  • Menus are disposable and will be replaced after each usage.
  • A full takeaway service is available for those who prefer to eat in their own apartment or where there is no space available in the restaurant or bar.
  • Guests are encouraged to use contactless payment or room charging to limit the use of cash on resort.
  • Beverage services will be provided by the restaurant/bar staff.
  • There will be a distance of 1.5 meters between each dining table.
Communal Areas (incl. pools)
  • The 1.5 meters physical distance rule will be applied in all general areas.
  • CLC World maintenance and cleaning teams ensure communal areas are regularly cleaned and disinfected using approved chemicals.
  • Areas of high contact are sprayed and disinfected frequently by the CLC World team.
  • Hand sanitisers/gels are available throughout the resort. Guests are encouraged to wash hands regularly with soap and use the hand sanitisers/gels.

Lifts

  • Hand sanitisers/gels are available on each floor. Guests are encouraged to use them before calling and entering the lift.
  • Only one person, or one family, to use the lift at a time.

Sunbeds & Pools

  • The number of sunbeds around the pools has been reduced. Guests are encouraged to swim, and then return to sunbeds.
  • Sunbeds will be placed, within designated plots, according to the physical distance guidance of 1.5 meters.
  • Sunbeds will be cleaned after each guest usage.
  • The swimming pools are available for use and the entrance points are regularly cleaned.
  • There are restrictions on the number of people allowed in the pool at any one time; please adhere to the instructions of the pool attendant on duty.
  • The chlorine level of the pools will be kept at the levels recommended by the WHO.
Excursions & Activities
  • The use of the multi-use sports court, mini golf, pool table, table tennis and chess are to be booked at Guest Relations or Reception.
  • Activities available at the Kids Club is under review. We hope to offer open air activities with parental attendance where possible.
Check Out
  • Check out time is 10am on the day of departure.
  • Luggage will be left in the designated check out luggage drop.
  • Use the main Reception area for departures.
  • Only 1 member of the group is to go to Reception to check out and adhere to physical distancing.
  • We encourage guests to settle their bill on the night before departure where possible to speed up the check-out procedure.
  • Guests are encouraged to use contactless payment when settling their account.
  • Unfortunately, due to strict hygiene protocol on shared facilities, there will be no courtesy room available on departure day.
