As part of CLC World’s Safe Hands initiative, there are a number of resort protocols in place to ensure that your stay with us is both safe and enjoyable.

General Destination

Fully vaccinated people can resume activities without wearing a mask or physically distancing, except where required by federal, state, local, tribal or territorial laws, rules, and regulations, including local business and workplace guidance.

Excursions & Activities
  • Activities and excursions can be booked through the concierge. All theme parks have a detailed plan to ensure guest and team member safety.
  • All major theme parks have instituted a park reservation system for park access and to contact the individual theme park for more information.
  • Kids Club is currently unavailable.

Below you will find entry requirements for the USA. They are applicable to all visitors to the USA in addition to the regular requirements of passport/National ID etc, provided there is an agreement between the USA and the country of departure. You may be screened when you arrive in the United States. Please check with your airline for any specific requirements.

Before you leave for the UK

You’ll need to:

  • complete a passenger locator form

Your passport or identity card will be checked when you arrive at a UK port or airport to make sure you’re allowed to come into the country. It should be valid for the whole of your stay.

You may also need a visa to come into or travel through the UK, depending on your nationality.

UK Nationals – From 1st January 2021, the UK is no longer part of the EU and travel requirements have changed. Please refer to the UK government’s website for more information.
