As part of CLC World’s Safe Hands initiative, there are a number of resort protocols in place to ensure that your stay with us is both safe and enjoyable.

We would also like to share with you some of the government regulations for Orlando which you will need to bear in mind when not on resort.

For yours and the CLC World team’s safety, all CLC World team members are wearing PPE in accordance with established guidelines and regulations in the hotel industry. CLC World has also installed screens at high contact points around the resort.

Please ensure that you maintain the recommended physical distance between yourself and non-family members at all possible times.

General Destination
  • The recommended physical distance between yourself and non-family members is 6 feet.
  • Under current CDC guidelines, Guests must wear masks in any public place, with the exception of:
    • Persons under the age of two years
    • Persons for whom a face covering would cause impairment due to an existing health condition
    • Persons exercising.
Check In
  • We recommend only one member of the party goes to Reception, with all the ID/passports of the group, to complete the check in process.
  • Guests to queue as per the distancing rules indicated on the floor.
  • The town homes are fully equipped with a personal kitchen and a supply of linen and towels.
  • The town homes will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected using approved cleaning products.
Bars & Restaurants
  • Pool bar is open weather permitting.
Communal Areas (incl. pools)
  • Guests must wear masks in any public area, with the exception of:
    • Persons under the age of two years
    • Persons for whom a face covering would cause impairment due to an existing health condition
    • Persons exercising, or in the pool/pool deck while observing social distancing in accordance with the CDC guidelines
  • CLC World maintenance and cleaning teams ensure common areas are regularly cleaned and disinfected using approved chemicals.
  • Areas of high contact are sprayed and disinfected frequently by the CLC World team.
  • Hand sanitisers/gels are available throughout the resort. Guests are encouraged to wash hands regularly with soap and use the hand sanitisers/gels.

Pool & Spa

  • Pool area chairs are positioned to allow 6 feet physical distancing. All chairs are sanitized as soon as the guest leaves.
  • The water slide is only open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays – weather permitting.
Excursions & Activities
  • Activities and excursions can be booked through the concierge. All theme parks have a detailed plan to ensure guest and team member safety.
  • Kids Club is currently unavailable.
Check Out
  • Guests are encouraged to use the Express checkout process, thereby reducing contact with the Front Desk.
  • For Guests checking out at the Front Desk, only 1 member of the group is to check out and adhere to physical distancing.

Below you will find entry requirements for the USA. They are applicable to all visitors to the USA in addition to the regular requirements of passport/National ID etc, provided there is an agreement between the USA and the country of departure. Entry to the USA

With specific exceptions, foreign nationals who have been in any of the following countries during the past 14 days may not enter the United States. For a full list of exceptions, please refer to the relevant proclamations in the links below.

Testing/screening on arrival

You may be screened when you arrive in the United States. Please check with your airline for any specific requirements.

Check the CDC’s Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Travel webpage to find the current travel health notice level for your international travel.

UK Travel Requirements

Under current UK COVID-19 restrictions, you must stay at home. You must not leave home or travel, including abroad, unless you have a legally permitted reason to do so. Check the rules that apply to you in EnglandScotlandWales and Northern Ireland.

If you’re travelling to England you must either quarantine in the place you’re staying or in a managed quarantine hotel for 10 days because of coronavirus (COVID-19). What you need to do depends on where you travel in the 10 days before you arrive in England.
You must also get 2 coronavirus tests after you arrive in England. You’ll need to book these before you travel.

Find out what to do if you’re:

You cannot currently enter the UK if you’ve been in or through a country on the banned travel list (sometimes known as the ‘red list’) in the last 10 days, unless you’re British, Irish or you have the right to live in the UK.

Before you leave for the UK

You’ll need to:

  • complete a passenger locator form
  • provide proof of a negative coronavirus test

Your passport or identity card will be checked when you arrive at a UK port or airport to make sure you’re allowed to come into the country. It should be valid for the whole of your stay.

You may also need a visa to come into or travel through the UK, depending on your nationality.

UK Nationals – From 1st January 2021, the UK is no longer part of the EU and travel requirements have changed. Please refer to the UK government’s website for more information.
