As part of CLC World’s Safe Hands initiative, there are a number of resort protocols in place to ensure that your stay with us is both safe and enjoyable.
We would also like to share with you some of the government regulations for Muğla that you will need to bear in mind when not on resort.
For yours and the CLC World team’s safety, all CLC World team members are wearing PPE in accordance with established guidelines and regulations in the hotel industry. CLC World has also installed screens at high contact points around the resort.
Please ensure that you maintain the recommended physical distance between yourself and non-family members at all possible times.

Destination and Resort Safety Protocols
As of 8th September the wearing of masks is mandatory at all times outside the home throughout Turkey. This includes, but is not limited to, all public places, including streets, side streets, parks, gardens, picnic areas, markets, sea side and public transportation including Metro, buses, taxis and ferries. Masks are also mandatory in all shops, restaurants, hairdressers and barber shops.
There will be strict inspections to ensure the measures are being carried out. Those who do not abide by this rule may be issued with a fine of 900 TL (approximately £106). Follow Turkish announcements and local media for up to date information.
Maximum 2 people allowed in per taxis. It is not allowed to sit on the seat next to the driver. Masks must be worn. Windows of the taxi should be open during the road.
Guests will be met outside Reception and directed to the arrivals luggage drop.
Guests will be directed to a safe waiting area and contacted when it is their time to check in.
Only one member of the party will go to Reception, with all the passports of the group, to complete the check in process.
Please follow directional signage once check in has been completed. Guests will also be informed about where to go from the Reception.
Do not remove your masks during check-in. Please remember to use your hand sanitisers before visiting Reception desk.
Follow the physical distance rules with other guests in the waiting area.
Guests are encouraged to use contactless payment.
The apartments are fully equipped with a personal kitchen and a supply of linen and
The apartments will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected using approved cleaning
Once the apartment has been disinfected there will be a seal on the door to be removed on entry by the guest.
A number of soft furnishing items have been removed to increase hygiene protocol,
e.g. bed throws, cushions, rugs.
The CLC World welcome grocery pack has been replaced with a hygiene pack.
Currently, mid-week cleans are not available.
Linen changes or requests for other in-room requirements will be delivered to your
door without staff entering.
Please use the rubbish collection and recycling centres around the resort.
Upon departure, place all linen and towels in the bath/shower for collection and
leave the apartment in as tidy a state as possible to facilitate the changeover before the arrival of the next guests.
All general area cleaning will be undertaken frequently.
Room cleaning will be carried out with disposable gloves.
Bars & Restaurants
Bars and restaurants remain closed
Communal Areas (incl pools)
CLC World maintenance and cleaning teams ensure communal areas are regularly cleaned and disinfected using approved chemicals.
Areas of high contact are sprayed and disinfected frequently by the CLC World team.
Hand sanitisers/gels are available throughout the resort. Guests are encouraged to wash hands regularly with soap and use the hand sanitisers/gels.

The Beach Club remains closed.
Excursions & Activities
Currently, there are no excursions and activities.
Check out time is 10am on day of departure.
Use the main Reception area for departures.
Only 1 member of the group is to go to Reception to check out and adhere to physical distancing.
We encourage guests to settle their bill on the night before departure where possible to speed up the check-out procedure.
Guests are encouraged to use contactless payment when settling their account.
Unfortunately, due to strict hygiene protocol on shared facilities, there will be no courtesy room available on departure day.
Travel to Turkey
Below you will find entry requirements Turkey. They are applicable to all visitors to Turkey in addition to the regular requirements of passport/National ID etc, provided there is an agreement between Turkey and the country of departure. Further information is available on your government’s website.
Entry to Turkey
All visitors must complete the passenger locator form prior to arriving in Turkey. Details will be provided by your airline.
If you are taking an internal connecting flight by a different airline to the one you arrived with, you must obtain a “HES” code (“Hayat Eve Sığar”). This can be done through the e-Devlet system, the ‘Hayat Eve Sığar’ smartphone application and by SMS to 2023. This is not necessary for international flights.
All visitors are required to wear masks at the airport and during the flights. Fines may be issued for non-compliance.
Testing/screening on arrival
Temperature screening is in place at the majority of Turkish airports.
