As part of our Safe Hands initiative, there are a number of resort protocols in place to ensure that your stay with us is both safe and enjoyable.

We would also like to share with you some of the government regulations for Muğla that you will need to bear in mind when not on resort.

For yours and the team’s safety, all team members are wearing PPE in accordance with established guidelines and regulations in the hotel industry. We have also installed screens at high contact points around the resort.

Please ensure that you maintain the recommended physical distance between yourself and non-family members at all possible times.

General Destination

Our resort is open between May to October.   

Open 24 hours / Please dial ‘9’ for any assistance you may require. This line handles anything from emergencies to maintenance problems.

To request a wakeup call, please call the front desk.

In any Emergency case, please call our 24 hours open Reception.

Our nurse is available in our Clinic between 09:00 – 17:00 hours and there is a charge for it. To consult a doctor, please visit our clinic for assistance.

Taxi and Car rental:

Please contact the reception desk by dialing 9.

If you wish to rent a car, please contact the reception. Your foreign driver license is accepted in Turkey.

Accommodation

Housekeeping

Your room cleaning is done every day.

Change of linens is routinely every 3 days. However, should you wish, we may change them every day.

For DND cleaning, please inform reception not later than 17:00.

Safe deposit boxes

For security’s sake, you are advised to place your valuables in your room the safe deposit. Please note, however, that the management does not accept any responsibility for the loss of or damage of valuable or money.

Voltage

The electric supply in our rooms is wired for 220 Volts / 50 Hz. 

Wristband procedure:

Our hotel serves different Food & Beverage Concepts. To serve you with the right concept you have purchased, we are having a wristband procedure. We kindly ask you, not to remove your wristband during your stay.

Byblos restaurant is situated in the main building. BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DINNER services are provided in this restaurant.

You are kindly asked to book your table not later than 5pm for the same day.

 Byblos Bar

Byblos bar is situated in the Byblos restaurant.

Serves with varieties of soft drinks, varieties of hot drinks, and domestic and foreign alcoholic beverages.

Apollo Beach Bar

It is located to the main pool and the beach area.

Serves varieties of soft drinks, hot drinks, domestic and foreign alcoholic beverages.

MEALS & HOURS

  • Byblos Restaurant – A La Carte

 Breakfast (07:00 – 11:00)

Guests who purchased a RO package may benefit from our breakfast service for a fee, should they wish to.

Breakfast is free of charge for our guests, who have purchased BB packages.

Lunch, snack, dinner (12:30 – 22:00)

Our restaurant serves as A La Carte.

We kindly ask you to book your table before 17:00, for the same day, should you wish to dine in our Byblos restaurant.  Last order is at 22:00.

DRESS CODE

Beachwear and swimsuits are the usual clothes to wear during the daytime. In the evenings, however, we prefer to see our guests wearing “casual elegant” attire. Beachwear, therefore, is not permitted during dinner.

Shops

Market & Gift shop (09:00 -23:00)

The shop has a wide variety of daily usage requirements, Turkish souvenirs and essentials for your vacation.

 

Facilities & Activities

Spa (09:00 -19:00)

Our spa centre is located just next to the social area pool and offers massage, peeling, sauna, and Turkish bath services.

Fitness (09:00 -19:00)

Our Fitness Room is situated in the main building. Our TV and air-conditioned fitness room have disposable disinfectant wipes for our guests to use. Our guests under the age of 16 are not allowed to use the fitness. Detailed information about the use of our fitness room is listed at the entrance.

Mini Club (10:00 -12:00 & 13:30 – 17:00)

Our mini club serves our guests between 4 -12 ages, between the above-mentioned hours. Various activities for the children are organised by our authorized staff.

Children’s playground (open 24 hours)

There is a children’s playground next to our mini club. You are kindly asked not to leave your child or your children unattended.

Aqua Park (10:00 -12:30 & 13:30 – 17:00)

Our Aquapark is open between the above given hours and attended by a lifeguard, only between these hours. For your own safety and the safety of others, follow the regulations and instructions of the lifeguard. Guests who disobey the rules and continue to act inconsistently will, unfortunately, be banned from the usage.

Mini Golf (Open 24 hours)

For lighting, please contact the front desk. Lighting is free of charge.

  • Table Tennis

Table Tennis is next to the main pool.

Basketball & Beach Volley & Mini Football

There are basketball, beach volley and mini football fields in our social facility area.

Pools

The resort has 6 pools and is open between 09:00 and 19:00. You are kindly asked not to use the pools outside these hours since they are being maintained.

Red flag warning

When the red flag is flying, swimming in the sea is not permitted as at these times the waves and the currents are too dangerous. Please observe this sign for your own safety.

  • To prepare the rooms for the arriving guests, we kindly ask you to free your room by latest 11:00am.  To arrange for a late departure request, please contact the front desk.

Below you will find entry requirements Turkey. They are applicable to all visitors to Turkey in addition to the regular requirements of passport/National ID etc, provided there is an agreement between Turkey and the country of departure. Further information is available on your government’s website.

Entry to Turkey
  • All visitors must complete the passenger locator form prior to arriving in Turkey. Details will be provided by your airline.
  • If you are taking an internal connecting flight by a different airline to the one you arrived with, you must obtain a “HES” code (“Hayat Eve Sığar”). This can be done through the e-Devlet system, the ‘Hayat Eve Sığar’ smartphone application and by SMS to 2023. This is not necessary for international flights.
  • All visitors are required to wear masks at the airport and during the flights. Fines may be issued for non-compliance.
Testing/screening on arrival
  • Temperature screening is in place at the majority of Turkish airports.
UK TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Under current UK COVID-19 restrictions, you must stay at home. You must not leave home or travel, including abroad, unless you have a legally permitted reason to do so. Check the rules that apply to you in EnglandScotlandWales and Northern Ireland.

If you’re travelling to England you must either quarantine in the place you’re staying or in a managed quarantine hotel for 10 days because of coronavirus (COVID-19). What you need to do depends on where you travel in the 10 days before you arrive in England.
You must also get 2 coronavirus tests after you arrive in England. You’ll need to book these before you travel.

You cannot currently enter the UK if you’ve been in or through a country on the banned travel list (sometimes known as the ‘red list’) in the last 10 days, unless you’re British, Irish or you have the right to live in the UK.

Before you leave for the UK

You’ll need to:

  • complete a passenger locator form
  • provide proof of a negative coronavirus test

Your passport or identity card will be checked when you arrive at a UK port or airport to make sure you’re allowed to come into the country. It should be valid for the whole of your stay.

You may also need a visa to come into or travel through the UK, depending on your nationality.
