As part of CLC World’s Safe Hands initiative, there are a number of resort protocols in place to ensure that your stay with us is both safe and enjoyable.
We would also like to share with you some of the government regulations for Austria which you will need to bear in mind when not on resort.
For yours and the CLC World team’s safety, all CLC World team members are wearing PPE in accordance with established guidelines and regulations in the hotel industry. CLC World has also installed screens at high contact points around the resort.
Please ensure that you maintain the recommended physical distance between yourself and non-family members at all possible times.
We hope you enjoy your holiday!

Below you will find entry requirements for Austria. They are applicable to all visitors to Austria in addition to the regular requirements of passport/National ID etc, provided there is an agreement between Austria and the country of departure. Further information is available on your government’s website.
From 20th August 2020, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) advises against all but essential travel to Austria. This is based on the current assessment of COVID-19 risks.
The FCO is not advising those already travelling in Austria to leave at this time. You should follow the advice of the local authorities on how best to protect yourself and others, including any measures that they bring in to control the virus.
If you are returning to the UK from Austria on or after 22 August, you may need to self-isolate on your return. Check the latest guidance for England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
