If you are a night owl and want to boogie on down till dawn, Playa de Las Americas is a fantastic place to be.
A wide range of clubs, music bars with live entertainment and award-winning restaurants in the town centre provide plenty of choice for eating, drinking and partying in the party capital of Tenerife. Beach bars and nightclubs pump music out all night in Playa de Las Americas, but if you’re not a hard-core clubber, much quieter restaurants and bars exist to suit everyone.
Veronica’s Strip is a popular area for the younger crowd and is packed with nightclubs and bars. The nearby Starco’s area also boasts a good choice of bars and clubs which tend to be busier early in the evening with quiz nights, cocktails and karaoke before revellers head to the all-nighters in Veronica´s.
If you are looking for a more relaxed vibe, try the Patch, which offers more casual restaurants or head to the Parque de la Paz strip behind the Safari Shopping Centre.
For culture lovers, the Auditorio Infanta Leonor Theatre in Los Cristianos hosts classical music concerts, ballets and flamenco shows and is further proof that there really is something for everyone in this lively region.
Both main nightlife strips make it easy to explore on foot and you will find plenty of buses and taxis available if you don’t want to walk back to your accommodation at the end of the night.
