CLC World’s business aspirations have always been aligned with a sense of social responsibility. We are committed to helping, and actively support, charitable works and local causes.
Our registered charity, Fundación CLC World and initiative CLC World Charity Holidays are just two ways in which CLC World supports Spanish and UK charitable works and causes – donating money, time and accommodation to help those in need.
CLC World staff also actively participate in the company’s charity work through fundraising activities, donating goods and volunteering.
Find out how CLC World gives back to the community, helps those most in need in Spain and the UK, and works to address some of the most prevalent social issues.

ADIMI is a Mijas charity set up by parents of children with varying levels of disability to address a shortfall in social service provision.
In June 2017, thanks to contributions totalling €1.6million, the state-of-the-art F. Cruz Dias ADIMI Centre was inaugurated. Named after CLC World’s co-founder, F. Cruz Dias, the centre provides day care for the profoundly disabled, and professional and medical staff man a selection of therapy rooms, gymnasium and library – which was filled with over 700 books donated by CLC World staff. The centre affords respite for families who devote their time to caring for their children.
Fundación CLC World’s contribution has continued with youngsters from ADIMI enjoying a day out at CLC World’s Costa del Sol resorts. CLC World’s Club Operations department filled 10 November days with fun and laughter to raise money for a Christmas tree and decorations for the Centre.

Every Christmas, Fundación CLC World and staff at CLC World’s Tenerife resorts help Caritas bring some festive cheer to disadvantaged children.
In 2017, we once again donated €3,000 for toys so children could look forward to the joy of opening presents at Christmas or the night of Three Kings.
Caritas labels itself “the voice for those without a voice” and works to combat social injustice by working with the whole community.
Working across the spectrum, with the most vulnerable and excluded groups, it develops projects and activities to support those in need.

Providing much appreciated family holidays away from the stresses of everyday life, CLC World Charity Holidays is designed to make a lasting difference to those who need it most, including disadvantaged, sick and terminally ill children.
For many, going on holiday is taken for granted but there are those for whom it can be a challenge. Since its inception in 2016, CLC World Charity Holidays has donated hundreds of weeks of accommodation and helped create lasting and cherished memories for families in the UK.
Caring for a relative or friend who lives with life-threatening or -shortening illnesses, being bereaved of a child or having to spend long periods away from family, mean that the opportunity to spend time away is a much-needed fillip.
By donating holiday accommodation to charities and individuals, either directly or through certificates for auction or raffle, CLC World Charity Holidays helps take the stress out of everyday life and has contributed to fundraising events that have raised more than £100,000 for many causes.
