CLC World Travel is an established independent travel company. You will be working within a fast-paced environment arranging a wide selection of holidays for our discerning members; from luxury cruises, multi-destination tailor-made holidays, flights, car hire and many other travel products.

We are looking for people with travel experience to join our small friendly team.

Key Duties:

  • Tailor-make travel itineraries offering travel options based on customer requests
  • Dealing with a wide variety of cruises and cruise packages
  • Ensure targets are met and exceeded
  • Complete all relevant booking administration
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Ensure enquires are dealt with quickly and efficiently
  • If you are looking for a new challenge and have the following skills, we want to hear from you.


  • Native spoken and written English
  • Demonstrate good sales techniques and an excellent telephone manner
  • Computer literate with the ability to “talk and type” at the same time
  • Minimum 1-year sales experience in the travel industry
  • Travel knowledge of long & short haul destinations and products
  • Proven track record of working to and exceeding targets
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Confident approach and excellent professional work ethic
  • Dolphin Dynamics is an advantage but not essential
