CLC World is looking for a passionate and committed Restaurant and Bar Manager to join our Food & Beverage Team. Skilled in leading a team, you will control the operation of the restaurant and bar, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, food hygiene and quality of service.
Your Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee all front and back of house restaurant operations including the implementation and compliance with food safety regulations, allergens, etc.
Maintain quality control for all food served
Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service and responding to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products and order accordingly
Adhere to, and impose all legal requirements, policies, procedures and standards of the company
Seek ways to cut maximise revenue and optimise operational costs
Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports
Analyse staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience
Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff
You will be:
Passionate about delivering excellent service and experiences to customers.
Fluent in spoken English (essential)
Qualified in ‘food handling’ (essential)
Experienced in a similar position
