Overseeing all resort operations at CLC World’s Austrian resort. As Resort Manager, you will be responsible for developing and driving forward sales and marketing, ensuring the delivery of excellent resort operations and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maximise optimal revenue and profit through the planning, development and execution of strong sales and marketing initiatives.
Build strong relationships with business partners.
Reinforce marketing strategies, setting and achieving financial targets.
Develop and implement strategy designed to promote increases in operation effectiveness and efficiency.
Provide leadership and guidance to drive goals and objectives.
Monitor and improve financial controls.
Ensure optimal guest satisfaction score.
Oversee implementation of quality initiatives.
Develop senior management.
Ideally, you will have a background in resort and hotel management:
experience in creating marketing strategies and partnership building
a demonstrable record of attaining and maintaining the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction
proven line management experience within a senior management team, setting objectives, targets and providing guidance and development opportunities
Knowledge of legislative requirements in a resort/hotel environment
