Due to expansion, a rare vacancy has arisen for a Client Liaison Officer within our very well established team at our Travel Centre in Mayfair, London.
The role involves face-to-face ‘post-purchase’ meetings with prospective members to complete all the relevant documentation. Post-purchase, the Client Liaison Officer is the key point of contact until the sale is completed, at which point our Central Reservations and Member Services departments will provide any further support required.
Reporting to the Client Liaison Manager and working within what is an FCA regulated business, the Client Liaison Officer will be responsible for all regulatory and compliance matters in respect of point of sale consumer loans, and for ensuring the correct outcome for customers in line with our ‘Treating Customers Fairly Policy’, as well as hitting targets for completed business.
This is not a ‘run of the mill’ office job as the Client Liaison Officer will work closely with and support a high-performance sales team and enjoy real potential for progression within an expanding multi-national business.
Applicants must be fluent in English with excellent interpersonal skills and well developed communications skills – both written and verbal – as well as being computer literate (average to advanced level in MS Office applications) with great attention to detail; a commitment to customer care and the personal drive to achieve demanding targets.
The successful candidate must be available to work Wednesday to Sunday.
