Magic and Illusion comes to Fuengirola

The Costa del Sol is full of light and its magic lies in the sun kissed beaches and the warmth of the local people, however during the next few days in Fuengirola a new initiative called Ruta Mágica is taking place.

The first edition of the Magic Route will see close up magic and street entertainers performing magic tricks and illusions in some of the city’s bars and restaurants to entertain locals and holidaymakers alike.

Guests staying at Club La Costa World here on the Costa del Sol are only a short distance from the centre of Fuengirola and can find street magicians and close up magic shows on the following days in February.

There will be magic shows taking place on Thursday 7^th February at 21:30hrs at the Cervecería Gamboa on Calle Lamo de Espinosa. Friday 8^th February the shows will move to Pepe’s Bar and El Rincon de mi Gente which are also both on Calle Lamo de Espinosa and start at 21:00hrs.

Saturday 9^th February will see various magic shows taking place from 16:00hrs in the afternoon. The restaurants La Farola and El Nuevo Barrio have shows starting at 16:00hrs. At 18:30hrs Pub Hollywood takes up the reins and then at 21:00hrs Taberna El Laurel and Taberna el Callejón will see two shows for you to choose from.

The final day of the Ruta Mágica is on Sunday 10^th and takes place in the central establishments of Café Solymar at 13:00hrs and Casa Colón at 14:30hrs.

The Ruta Mágica is a new initiative by Fuengirola Council and gives locals and tourists the opportunity to watch and take part in a different kind of street entertainment, just be careful they don’t make your cerveza disappear!
