An Excellent Result!

Over half of the CLC World Resorts & Hotels’ accommodations appearing on Trip Advisor have achieved Certificates of Excellence.

The number of CLC World resorts to reach this level has been growing since the introduction of the certificate by the world’s largest travel website three years ago.

To qualify, an overall rating of four, or higher, out of a possible five must be achieved from travellers’ reviews and the accommodation needs to have featured on the site for at least 12 months; additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the past year.

Two CLC World resort restaurants also have 2013 Trip Advisor Certificates of Excellence: Zacary’s at Sunningdale Village, Tenerife, and Hustyns, Cornwall.

CLC World resorts with the CoE 2013 are: Hustyns in Wadebridge and Trenython Manor in Tywardreath, Cornwall; Duchally Country Estate, Scotland; Paradise, Sunningdale Village and Monterey resorts in Tenerife.

A company spokesperson said CLC World looked forward to having more of its 32 resort worldwide appearing on Trip Advisor and earning an even higher number of Certificates of Excellence during 2014.
