Roll up, roll up for the circus
Have you ever dreamed of running away to join the circus? Well, maybe not. But Club La Costa members and guests staying at our two Cornish resorts, Trenython Manor and Hustyns, will be able to do the next best thing.
Both resorts are within easy reach of Cornwall’s Eden Project, which is continuing to celebrate its 10th birthday in style with a jaw dropping spectacle with a difference, providing a perfect trip out for Club La Costa families.
The award-winning NoFit State Circus is in residency performing its new show Labyrinth, specially created for Eden’s celebrations. This contemporary circus company fuses circus, music, dance and drama, all accompanied by live music.
Mums, dads and kids will thrill to the spectacle of breathtaking aerial acrobatics, fabulous feats of gymnastic ability, combined with clown-like bouncing and tumbling.
The audience wanders freely through Eden’s grounds to watch performers in action, before joining together for the hour-long grand finale in a specially erected “big top”. The show runs until August 29th and is proving very popular so Club La Costa visitors need to head to the Eden website.
And if you fancy trying to master some of the skills on show, why not join in the workshops that are being run by members of NoFit and test your ability to stilt walk, unicycle, juggle and clown around. The workshops are held each day until 6pm (8pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) and will run until September 4th.
You can purchase tickets online direct from the Eden Project website here.
