That’s sure to get families here excited. Encantada is part of a continuing and dynamic expansion, and Club La Costa staff can join in by informing guests about our new Club La Costa resort at every opportunity. It’s a dream destination, with Walt Disney World® just 8km away.

And while being close to the action, with countless other attractions that will astonish and delight within easy reach, Encantada offers a tranquil retreat from all the razzmatazz of America’s theme park capital. Club La Costa resort facilities include swimming pools with spas, and its own natural lake with a ‘catch and release’ fishing pier and a jogging track that runs right around its perimeter.

The Club La Costa accommodation, in luxury, self-catering, air-conditioned and spacious townhouses in a secure, gated Club La Costa resort offer fabulous features such as: a large clubhouse with a restaurant and bar, a children’s playground, a games arcade, a fitness centre, and a cyber café.

Travel with Club La Costa directly to the centre of Florida, accompanied by Minnie Mouse, Woody and company, where we’re going to discover the fantastic and happy world of Encantada, the new Club La Costa Resort where you can enjoy magical holidays.

It’s no coincidence that ‘encantada’ means ‘enchanted’ in Spanish, and this Club La Costa resort is truly spellbinding.

I am a homeowner in the resort of Encantada, Florida.
There has been some negative comments from a few homeowners about the impending timeshare properties.
I can actually see that this could be for the benefit of the resort, is there anyone I can contact to clarify some of the points of concern so I can pass this on to fellow homeowners to ease their minds.

Thank you for drawing our attention to your, and fellow homeowners’, concerns. We would like to discuss this with you, and will be in touch directly very shortly.

My husband and I are also homeowners at Encantada and we look forward to having Club La Costa members join us. My husband and I feel that those who oppose La Costa’s move into the community do not state specific information to support their concerns and tend not to highlight the positives of having such a well respected company within our community. I think it would help greatly if Club La Costa shared inforation with current homeowners.

Thanks for your post Sandra. We recently had another homeowner at Encantada who posted on the same theme and we have been in touch with him direct – you may already have heard from him as he intended to pass on our comments to all concerned. Since then, we have also been advised that we have a potential County Commissioners hearing on June 13th regarding our application for a PD amendment and we will be preparing a statement for all Encantada homeowners to be issued some time after we learn of the outcome. In the meantime, we will continue to do everything we reasonably can to develop and improve the reputation of the resort for the benefit of all parties involved.
